This is only possible by having the flowmeters used in your process calibrated in the laboratories accredited by TÜRKAK according to ISO 17025 requirements at periods determined depending on the process conditions, frequency of use and environmental conditions.
 The accreditation number of accredited laboratories ensures the international traceability of the certificate received for the calibration performed and guarantees its reliability.

If the calibration results are very different from the values specified by the manufacturer, the results are notified to the customer by the laboratory. Depending on the deviation rates available in the calibration certificate, the customer decides whether to continue to use the flowmeter as it is or, if possible, to improve the deviation rates by recalibration by entering the correction coefficient, to repair and then recalibrate or to scrap it completely.

In this way, faulty production due to incorrect measurement of the flow meter, major losses due to process downtime are prevented, and profit margins are increased by ensuring high quality and capacity production.
